It is very true that, unfortunately, many people look to reduce
feelings of worry and stress by doing the very things that,
ultimately, bring on more of the same. Alcohol, drugs, and over
indulgence in the wrong types of food all seem to offer an
immediate solution to get away from the stresses of the day.
Now, I am not condemning sensible drinking or occasionally
eating the 'wrong' type of food as a rare treat but the daily
ingestion of such substances simply leads to poor health and a

Ozone: Mother Natures Gift to our Children.. ( by Eric Partelo,
RRT) Ozone, or activated oxygen, is probably the most

LASIK - A now common procedure
One of the first things that springs to mind when considering

My First Encounter
During my first pregnancy, I had contracted chicken pox from my
young nephews and niece. Though it made for an irritable time in
my initial trimester, I hadn't given it much aforethought. In
the last part of my pregnancy, I noticed some weakness in my
legs and arms, but naturally assumed it was part of the
gestational effects.
It was after I gave birth, that I began having more frequent
physical difficulties, but ...

joints. When osteoarthritis is present, the supply of
glucosamine is insufficient. The addition of glucosamine
chondroitin in supplement form can aid in stimulating cartilage
repair.
Glucosamine chondroitin is derived from processed shell of
shrimp and crab. ...

Our system uses a free-form gas called Nitric Oxide as a cell
communication tool. This naturally produced substance is created
by body enzymes breaking down the amino acid Arginine. When
L-Arginine amino acid converts into L-citruline the result is
Nitric Oxide.
Nitric Oxide oversees blood circulation, message transmissions
between cells as well as individual pain thresholds, to name a
