techniques...meditation... and a simple way of making yourself
feel better and re-energized even if you don't really believe in
any of the above.
There are seven main chakras (as well as several others) in a
line from the base of the spine to the crown of the head and one

Macadamia oil is probably more widely known as a delicious
cooking oil than as a massage oil. Alas, the macadamia oil used
for aromatherapy is not edible, but it nonetheless provides a
richly sensuous experience. Combined with another, more aromatic
oil, such as lemon myrtle, macadamia oil is at once calming and
revitalizing. In fact, it is better used as a base oil, than all

Macadamia oil owes its success as a massage liniment to its

Finally another strenuous day prowls to its end'hefty eyes die
to shut down and do not reopen till they bask in the fairytale
world, for when we live the rituals of the day, why not
terminate with the custom of the night'a wonderful sleep! But
seldom it happens that you get absorbed in the sleep that seems
as enigmatic as the hoary mummies in Egypt, for today seven out

new weapon. Hyaluronic acid (HA), is a key component of human
tissue that aids in the body's flexibility, mobility and
moisture retention. And, Hyaluronic acid is emerging both as a
key ingredient in many anti-aging beauty products and as a
viable alternative to collagen and related substances in
injection procedures. As we age, the Hyaluronic acid levels in
our body decrease, contributing to the appearance of wrinkles,

The almost universal state of the digestive tract of man is
septic. Like septic tank. It putrefies in our digestive track
and intestines.
Bloating, gas, rumbling in the abdomen, discomfort, foul stools,
a foul breath and coated tongue. And constipation.
On a personal note. My husband, Warren, had all those symptoms.
He ate breath mints and roll aids by the barrel because of his
breath. He would not eat raw fruit. As most of you know, he
finally got stomach cancer and died. His oncologist said ...
