A Look at Xanthones and Mangosteen
We've all heard the news for years about how important it is to
get the right amount of antioxidants in order to keep our bodies
healthy and ward of disease. Now there's a new classification of
antioxidants called xanthones, first discovered in the
mangosteen fruit, which are poised to be one of the biggest
discoveries of modern science in terms of health benefits.
While the concept of antioxidants may seem even more confusing
when adding in another aspect, ...

Health is defined as a condition of physical, mental and social
well- being and the absence of disease or other abnormal
condition. According to some forms of traditional medicine
practices, an ill condition develops because the individual has
violated a course that Nature wants them to follow. Whenever,
the body's natural rhythm is disturbed in some form, the body
responds to undo the disturbance. The response of the body is in
the form of symptoms that causes an illness.

Vitamins are vital if we are to achieve maximum health and
weight loss. An understanding of vitamins and their function in
our bodies can help us to improve our health and supplement our

In Part 1 of this article I discussed the importance of vitamins
in our diet and focused primarily on fat-soluable vitamins.
Today, I will explore water-soluable vitamins and their
importance in our daily diet.
Water-soluble vitamins such as Vitamin C, choline, biotin and
the seven B vitamins dissolve in water and cannot be stored in

Constipation by Djehuty Ma'at-Ra
If there is one health problem all Americans have in common, it
would undoubtedly have to be constipation. Yes, constipation!

Open the Doors to Healing & Rejuvination
Why You Need To Detoxify Your Body
Our society foolishly prizes itself upon eating a high protein,
meat-based diet; excessive consumption of dairy products;
refined grains (rich in gluten that literally converts into glue
in your colon); starchy foods (that stiffen the body); refined
sugars (that literally corrodes your brain); salt (which is
really crude oil [petroleum] extract); genetically-engineered
and grafted, pesticide laced produce (fruits and ...

Ringworm, aka Tinea, is a very contagious fungal infection that
occurs in the skin. Ringworm is very common, this especially
true among young children. Ringworm can be spread by
skin-to-skin contact, just like it can with contact with
contaminated items such as a hair comb. Part of the thing that
aids in the quick spread of ringworm is that a person can be
infected before they even show any of the symptoms, which means
that they are unaware, and have no chance of preventing the
spread of the ...

Cataract, or lens opacity, is a cloudy or opaque area in the
eye's natural lens, which lies between th iris and the pupil.
The lens of the eye is normally clear, but if it becomes cloudy,
the condition is known as cataract. In very rare cases,
cataracts may be present at birth or very soon after birth.
These are called congenital cataracts. As people are aging, the
risk of cataracts increases. Cataract may run in families but
the risks are increased by some factors such as smoking,

There are different forms of vision problems, such as myopia,
hyperopia and astigmatism. Vision correction methods continue to
grow. Refractive surgery for vision correction has made
important advances since its beginning .
